Due to hygenic reasons, we do not accept returns for exchange or store credit. This is done to protect you our customer. While we cannot exchange items due to hygienic reasons we have a special program in place where we can sometimes sell you a new bottom at a 50% discount, so it's very reasonable to get a new bottom if sizing is an issue.
No refunds will be made for any reason.

Damages and issues
All items are inspected carefully before shipping to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience or expense. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
